Nellsar Homes are proud to announce the opening of their new flagship home in Kent, Hengist Field Care Centre in Borden, near Sittingbourne.

The home boasts 75 single bedrooms of various sizes with en-suites. it has an on-site hair salon, a small cinema, sensory room, activity centre and an internet café, this home as been purposely built and designed to suit the needs of all its residents.

With highly trained nurses and support staff, we are committed to providing the best quality care. We also have a Qualified Head Chef, to help improve nutritional standards for the elderly, and an Activity Coordinator who is passionate about stimulating the needs of the elderly to promote a more active life style. Various Activities will be arranged including outside entertainment and minibus trips. The home has been built to exacting standards and will boast all the on-site services expected of a 21st century care home – this includes a Hairdresser, Chiropodist, optician, dentist and secure landscaped gardens.

 

 We accept prospective Residents from social services and the private sector. The Hengist Field Care Centre operates on an open door policy, making visiting for friends and family as flexible as possible.
