As it’s Alzheimer’s Cupcake Day today, we’ve been busy this week making, baking and decorating some sweet treats with our residents here at Loose Valley Care Home.
We baked cakes on Tuesday and decorated on Wednesday, ready to sell today! We made:
- Bananana loaf cake
- Victoria sponge
- Fairy cakes
- Coffee cup cakes
We will be asking friends and family to make a donation to buy one of our delicious cupcakes and giving the proceeds of our sales to this great charity.
Our ladies really enjoyed making and baking together, but nobody wanted to do the washing up!
