Residents at Abbotsleigh Care Home in Staplehurst enjoyed a few games of Bingo the week before last week, many thanks to Phil for calling the numbers! Our ladies and gents were very happy to win a prize for a full house.
We also celebrated three residents’ birthdays throughout the week and their family members joined us for their special day, and to share some yummy birthday cake.
Thanks to the Riding for Disabled Association (RDA) some residents enjoyed a visit from the horses and fed them some crunchy apples!
Our resident Jean made a piece of wall art with shells for our ocean drive sensory and Kevin Walsh came visited the Home to sing to us on Friday afternoon – there was lots of singing, dancing and huge smiles all round!
