We’re incredibly proud to congratulate three of our dedicated Nellsar team members – Deputy Manager Chrys and Clinical Lead Jane at Hengist Field, and Trainer Sarah from Woodstock – on their graduation at the Kent and Medway Apprentice Graduation Ceremony on Thursday 16 October.
Chrys and Jane completed their Lead Adult Care Worker (Level 5) qualification and Sarah was awarded her Adult Care Worker (Level 3) qualification with eTraining, showcasing their incredible dedication and hard work.
For the occasion they were accompanied into the beautiful Rochester Cathedral by their families, together with Hengist Field’s Home Manager Neli Koleva and Nellsar’s Registered Nurse Development Manager Paula Persaud. Nellsar’s Head of Learning and Development Marisa Spice was also in attendance to take photos to celebrate the day. She commented:
“As always, it was a very special occasion which we always try to attend. This celebration is specific to Kent and Medway and places are incredibly precious, so to get three places this year was fantastic! Although, I wish we could send all of our apprenticeship achievers as they all deserve it.”
At Nellsar, we believe in investing in our team members’ development and we’re thrilled to see our colleagues excel and continue to make such a positive impact in their roles.
Huge congratulations, Chrys, Jane and Sarah!
