Keep calm and eat cookies!
On Tuesday 4 September a group of residents from The Old Downs Residential Care Home had great fun taking part in a sickly-sweet activity – decorating cookies with icing sugar and sweets including chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, sweet-hearts and colourful sprinkles.
Our ladies really enjoyed working together and Dot said, “It was most enjoyable”.
Once finished, the residents involved took the cookies round to offer them to all the other residents – Edna said, “They are delicious”.
