We’ve had great fun in the run up to Easter, creating some very cheery Easter bonnets to wear for the celebrations here at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home.
Our ladies loved decorating their bonnets together around the table, which was laden with all sorts of Easter craft materials including birds nests, butterflies, flowers and Easter eggs.
As you can see, they all looked wonderful in their bonnets and enjoyed showing them off for the camera!
On St George’s Day we had a special guest appearance by Saint George himself, riding the dragon no less! (….although he did have a striking resemblance to our Recreation and Wellbeing Lead, Lynda!).
We all enjoyed waving our English flags with pride. Great fun to celebrate the special day.
