Here at Loose Valley Care Home our ladies were full of Easter spirit in the run up to the Easter weekend.
On Thursday 18 April we enjoyed making Easter cards, with plenty of sparkly stickers, cut out rabbits, chicks and easter eggs pictures to use, completed with ‘Easter wishes’ messages to stick inside.
The finished cards were beautiful and each resident signed their own card to give to their grown up children.
On Good Friday, we tucked into chocolate eggs, chocolate buttons and hot cross buns with afternoon tea, which was a delicious treat!
To top off the day, our rabbits came out for lots of cuddles with our residents – after all, what Easter is complete without a visit from the Easter bunny?!
