We took four of our Loose Valley Care Home residents to Sheerness seaside, on the Island of Sheppey, on Monday 17 June.
We took our minibus and headed off on a gorgeous sunny day.
When we arrived we enjoyed a super walk along the seafront and found a lovely café in the town centre.
The staff were so welcoming and re-arranged the tables for us, so they could accommodate four wheelchairs and four staff. We really enjoyed our fish and chip lunch!
We all thoroughly enjoyed the outing, full of great chat and fresh sea air!
