Our residents here at Lukestone Care Home had a lovely day out at Chartwell House recently – a wonderful National Trust attraction – the family home and garden of Sir Winston Churchill.
We walked around the beautifully-kept grounds and the gorgeous interiors of the house, which were really delightful.
We had tea and coffee stops while taking in the lovely fresh air and then stopped for a delicious lunch at the Landemare café.
It was a really wonderful place to visit and we all thoroughly enjoyed the day.
