Lulworth House Residential Care Home ladies enjoy Leeds Castle outing

On Wednesday 10 July, a group of our ladies from Lulworth House Care Home took a trip to Leeds Castle.

They walked down to the castle through the garden, exploring the grounds and animals.

There is an abundance of wildlife to see throughout the 500 acre estate. Woodland, parkland and large lakes, fed by the River Len, provide natural habitats attracting wildfowl and common woodland birds all year round.

The ladies stopped for a lovely picnic lunch, before going on to look around the castle, with its beautiful rooms and paintings.

After their tour, they headed to the restaurant for a glass of wine with a view of the castle – wonderful! The ladies looked very happy and all said how much they had enjoyed the day.
