Last week, a group of our residents from Lulworth House Residential Care Home took a trip out to Hop Farm Family Park, to take a look around and admire the farm animals.
The farms boasts a variety of animals to get up close to, including mini-cows, horses, ponies, donkeys goats, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds and some impressive alpacas and llamas! We all enjoyed taking in the sounds (and smells!) of farm life.
On the way home we stopped off for a lovely pub lunch and spoke about the different things we had seen.
On the drive back we took a scenic route through Aylesford village, which for some of our residents brought back memories of their childhood.
We all had a great time on the outing and there was lots of singing and laughing by all!
