We went to town for St Patrick’s Day this year at Meyer House Care Home!
We filled our lounge with Irish flags, bunting and shamrocks and invited some very talented Irish dancers to perform for us. The youngsters we amazing and we all loved watching their precise dance moves.
As part of the celebrations we had a special menu, full of Irish-Themed treats including beef in Guinness stew, Dublin coddle, Irish whiskey bread and butter pudding and Irish cream sundae! Delicious!
Family and friends joined us for the fun and we were even paid a visit from a lucky Leprechaun – great fun!
