Our Homes reached Italian shores on Wednesday 12 May as part of their Nellsar Cruise armchair travel experience.
A beautiful country – full of culture, colour and amazing food – our residents delighted in the sights, sounds and flavours of all things Italian.
We saw gondola rides, pizza making, pasta necklaces, Mona Lisa art classes and more!
Our residents and staff enjoyed decorating their Homes and dressing up as part of the fun and our Chefs worked their magic with delicious themed menus – second helpings of tiramisu all around!
Italy is a country of fabulous history, where many of our residents have visited in the past, so there have been lots of happy holiday memories.

We’re already planning our next stop in France on Wednesday 9 June.
