Physiotherapy services
We are delighted to welcome the introduction of Physiotherapy services across five of our Nellsar Care Homes, representing as a significant step forward in enhancing the well-being and independence of those in our care. By integrating expert Physiotherapists into our teams, we are not only improving physical health but also empowering our residents to lead fuller, more active lives.

This issue also sees our Head of Nutrition, Leni, and our Head of Catering Services, Adrian, proudly share their latest webinar success news and acknowledgement at The House of Lords – cementing Nellsar as key players in the UK Care Catering arena.

Community links and virtual travel
Our Community Links feature highlights how our Homes are embedded in their local communities. In this issue we place the spotlight on Abbotsleigh which is located in Staplehurst, Maidstone, describing what many of our ladies and gentlemen there enjoy exploring locally.

We also hear from Christine, Community Relations Manager at Princess Christian, about her work and future aspirations to enhance a two-way link between the Home and their local areas of Bisley, Knaphill and Woking.

Mini Cruise adventures
The famed Nellsar Mini Cruise took a turn for Thailand and Greece for 2025; residents across our Nellsar Homes have enjoyed virtual travel, food and activities to these destinations in recent months. Look out for news on our latest trip to South Africa at nellsar.com/news.
