They will travel to Nottingham for the opening of the event on Wednesday 3 October.

The event promises a great variety of cookery demonstrations from different industry specialists, presentations on allergen awareness, the latest topics in nutrition in health and social care, and specialist tips on catering for residents with diabetes and dysphagia with dignity.
