Thank you Motivation & Co
Woodstock Residential Care Home residents enjoyed their first Motivation & Co of 2019 last week with a movie quiz and gentle, seated exercise to some of their favourite music.
They also had a little sing-a-long to Cliff Richard’s ‘Summer Holiday’ and Jimmy Davies’ ‘You Are My Sunshine’.
Motivation & Co. provide physical and mental cognitive therapy sessions for elderly people living in Care Homes using a variety of therapies in an hour-long session to suit the needs of our residents.
