St Winifreds Care Home in Deal understand the importance of rewarding their staff for their hard work. Nicola Masters, Care Home Manager, is a firm believer in recognition as a great way to raise self-esteem and team spirit, so once a month she selects members of her team to receive Employee of the Month Awards.
Nicola was delighted to announce four awards for October:
- Registered General Nurse Mary was nominated for her excellent care, compassion and empathy for her nursing residents.
- Stacey Robinson and Pippa Brown were awarded for the excellent care to their residents and enthusiasm for their new roles.
- Jade Beeching was awarded for her kind, considerate care to our residents and going above and beyond for them.
