Visiting children help decorate residents’ mobility aids
On Wednesday 30 May, we invited our staff to bring their own children in to spend time with our residents at Woodstock Residential Care Home and personalise their zimmer frames!
Our residents were asked how they would like their own mobility aids to be decorated, and the children – with the help of residents and staff – decorated the frames.
The frames were decorated in a variety of ways – with everything from decorative hearts and roses, to an Australian themed design.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the fun day and our ladies and gents really appreciated having the children in to help them. Our Home is certainly more colourful now!
