Adrian Silaghi at Princess Christian Care Home is delighted to be a finalist in the ‘People’s Choice’ category
On the evening of Monday 4 June, over 800 industry professionals attended the Grosvenor House Hotel to celebrate the The Craft Guild of Chefs Awards for 2018.
The Awards recognise the incredible work that UK chefs carry out every day. The annual awards are open to chefs of all ages, across the entire industry. There are 18 award categories, including Apprentice Chef, Chef Lecturer, Innovation Award and People’s Choice.
We are thrilled that our Head Chef from Princess Christian Care Home, Adrian Silaghi, was competing in the ‘People’s Choice‘ award category. Adrian’s culinary skills and dedication to his work are exceptional. He has elevated the quality of food and nutrition for all at Princess Christian and we are extremely proud of his entry into this distinguished competition.
Although he didn’t win his category, Adrian was a brilliant ‘People’s Choice’ finalist, with so much support behind him. He commented:
“Even though I did not win the grand award, I am proud to be part of it as a finalist at this prestigious national awards event in the UK, competing with top personalities in the catering industry. A thousand thanks to those who supported me and believed in me. Thank you all for the large number of votes, hundreds of messages and positive thoughts. It was a truly memorable evening.”
