Our residents here at Woodstock Residential Care Home are taking part in regular bike exercise sessions and they are really enjoying it.
Our ladies and gents can peddle from the comfort of their chairs, gently working their leg muscles and improving their metabolisms.
Some of our residents have loved reminiscing about cycling when they were young and it has been lovely to hear their stories about their pasts.
