On Friday 1 March we celebrated St David’s Day here at Woodstock Residential Care Home with a themed menu, featuring some delicious treats.
From potato and leek soup to Welsh apple cake – we had it all! Our residents really enjoyed tucking in to some favourite dishes.
We made sure we got fully in to the spirit of the day, by decorating our Home with lots of beautiful bright daffodils. We also made our own daffodils from coloured paper to decorate our rooms and communal areas.
