The staff at St Winifreds are always approachable, professional and friendly. They show an incredible amount of care and affection towards their residents. During the Covid crisis, we have been very impressed by their commitment to keeping residents safe and keeping relatives informed of progress. During ‘lockdown’, my mother celebrated a milestone birthday. Obviously, family members were unable to be with her in person but the staff went above and beyond expectations, making sure her birthday was celebrated and that she had a very special day. This is just one example of the personal care and attention my mother has received during her time at the home.
