In my six weeks at Loose Valley Care Centre, I found the atmosphere comfortable and relaxed. There are opportunities for privacy, also for meeting others. Everyone is cared for appropriately and special attention is unobtrusive. The food is excellent with a delicious menu attractively presented and well suited to the range of residents. Staff are always polite and helpful. Their special kindness and warm friendliness are greatly appreciated and enjoyed. The management maintain a high level of efficient care for individuals in an exceptionally welcoming home.
