Thank you so much for all the care you’ve given to my dad since he came to you in January 2020. Whenever mum or I have been to visit everyone has been so lovely and welcoming, so happy and upbeat. I’ve been so touched by everything you have all been doing for dad and mum over the last year. It’s been amazing seeing all the activities he’s been taking part in and how happy and contented he is.
