Fab place, fab staff….

My Stepdad used to go to St Winifreds for respite care until it got too much for us to have him at home, after one such stay he said he would happily live at St Winifreds full time! I think that says more than I ever can – he loves it there and they seem to love having him there. The staff are so good to him and nothing is too much trouble for them. Since the pandemic things are a little harder for the staff, residents and relatives but thankfully Dad is on the ground floor and I can ‘speak’ to him through the window when I take his TV paper. Also since the pandemic, the relatives get a weekly report from the Manager so we all know how the staff are coping, what is happening and how our relatives are. I know if I have any concerns I can ring and get any answers I need. Fab place, fab staff – says it all.
