Each time I have visited my brother in the past, he has said that he is happy despite his circumstances enjoys his food and gets on well with the staff. I live 90 miles away and cannot visit him very often. The home contacts me occasionally to authorise hair and footcare and medical decisions. In view of the ongoing lockdown, from my experience, the home has coped well with the problems caused and this is reassuring to me.
