Staff – friendly and communicate well. Always inform me by phone of any change in my granddad’s wellbeing. Staff are always the same, minimal agency (if any) and so I am reassured that the carers know my grandad and his needs. Sometimes toilets/tables are not clean but this is hard to keep on top of with residents with dementia.
