I merely wanted to write to you as I am thinking of you and all your lovely staff, who cared so well for my Dad, at what must be such a trying and stressful time – to put it mildly.
I remember still how dedicated and loving you all were and I can still picture some of the residents who shared the home with dad and I can only guess how difficult it must be for you, the residents and their families and also for your own families.
I think of you all when I clap for carers on a Thursday evening and I just wanted to get in touch to wish you and the staff well and hope that you are managing somehow and to say how much admiration I have for you all for the work you did for us and for the work you are doing now. Please take care of yourselves and send my best wishes to everyone there. I keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.
