Mum has been in Silverpoint for three months and we are delighted in the obvious improvement in her wellbeing. Previously she was struggling with most everyday tasks, but now she receives assistance and everything that she needs. When we visit, under well-managed COVID restrictions, she is so much happier than she has been for a long time. All the members of staff and management that we have spoken to have been so helpful and cheerful, and the Home always seems such a happy place.
