Mum is as happy and content as she is able due to her Alzheimers. Mum is always clean and eats well. Staff are friendly and helpful both when visiting Mum or having to make a call to the home. The home is well kept and all the rooms are clean, you can observe that residents are well looked after. Activities are often on the go, whilst Mum often declines to participate she is encouraged but her ultimate wish is respected.
