Always find the staff helpful and friendly. Mum is well looked after and happy. Only downside is not to have an ensuite room and mum has to use a commode instead of a ‘proper’ toilet. Other than that, the room is bright and pleasant. I am always made welcome and kept informed of mums needs etc. Overall, I am happy with everything Woodstock do for mum. Thank you all.
