Dear Gail and all the staff. I felt I must write to you to thank you for caring for Mum so well during the few months she was with you. She was happy and content and it was in her words “just like home”. The cheerful but lovely calm atmosphere and endless patience I experienced whenever I came in made your Home very special. Sadly Mum died on 5th February peacefully in her sleep and I get great comfort from the fact that although I was unable to look after her anymore you all took over that role and did it magnificently!
