I just wanted to get in touch to let you know what a great job Julie has been doing. My grandmother was moved to Silverpoint following multiple hospital stays; having not been able to see or even speak to her for many weeks I was very worried about her welfare. Julie has been amazing and has really put my mind at rest. She’s organised a Zoom meeting with my grandma every Tuesday, no matter how busy she is. Initially she even made time to join us on the call which really helped grandma get the hang of it and also showed how good she is at interacting with my grandma. I can tell that she really does her best to make her feel settled and is always upbeat. It’s given me great peace of mind to be able to have that visual contact every week and I’m very grateful for the effort Julie has put in.
