Nobody in the family has needed 24-hour care before, so we were all new to this and didn’t really know what to expect. I have been so pleased with the excellent care my mum has received. Every one of the staff has been so kind and good to mum, and to the whole family – from the manager to the laundry staff. I am so very grateful to you all.
