Silverpoint were very responsive to our request for a couple of weeks care for my father who was just discharged from hospital following a fall. The manager assessed my dad whilst in hospital in a rigorous but friendly manner and was very helpful about the uncertainty of a discharge date. The care at Silverpoint was very professional and knowledgeable and always performed in a dignified way as well as with a sense of humour and happy attitude. Overall, my dad’s stay at Silverpoint was a relief both to him and his family.
