Extremely pleased with the care that my brother, who has proved challenging at times to the staff, has been receiving. The staff have managed him well and this has helped an intelligent but at times confused individual to come to terms with his lack of ability to look after himself. Now that he has settled in, he realises and admitted just how lonely he was living by himself. He appreciates greatly the company. The food is good and he has a lovely room, which he is convinced is the best room in the whole home. My partner and I have always received a warm and friendly greeting from the staff when we visit. We are offered refreshments and there is usually a lovely home baked cake or biscuit on offer. We are pleased with his care and reassured after a number of visits that he is in good hands.
