Though the building is looking a little tired and dated, this should not put off anyone considering it for their parent. The staff care for my mother with compassion, understanding and love. She thoroughly enjoyed her time there and considered everyone from the cleaner to the chef (for whom she had a soft spot!) her new friends. It eased our minds to know that she was so well looked after. Thank you, Loose Valley.
