My mother spent the last few months of her life in PCCC, moving her there was a decision I never regretted. The staff cared for her with love and consideration and she quickly became assimilated into the community. Our concerns were listened to and dealt with promptly. The activities team were particularly good and engaged with her in so many ways. At the end, the staff were brilliant. So kind and caring.
