The standard of care at the Woodstock is excellent….

The standard of care at the Woodstock is excellent. The whole team strive to make life as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The catering is really good, with a great choice and the team are flexible when it comes to likes and dislikes. The accommodation is good and maintenance is carried out quickly and efficiently when required. The activities team are fantastic and always try and do all possible to arrange visits within the current guidelines; nothing is too much trouble. Communication is consistently good and they always keep me updated regarding mum’s ups and downs. I know the staff are working in very trying circumstances on several levels and I cannot praise them highly enough. Superb all round.
