The difference between a CQC Good Report and a CQC Outstanding Report is astonishing and very special in my experience. The incredibly high standard of professional, positive leadership of senior staff inspires the wonderful team spirit amongst the staff at Princess Christian and creates the most comforting blanket of a lovely, reassuring environment for everyone. Their immense kindness, compassion and commitment to providing the best care is beyond measure. It feels truly overwhelming to witness the delivery of outstanding care. I am so thankful that my brother is receiving end of life care here.
