The staff at Sonya Lodge are amazing. They make mum’s time at the Home the best it can be. They all take time to know her, and every time we visit or call, we are always treated with respect and care. Staff turnover is very low, and that is important to us, and I’m sure the residents. There are always plenty of activities and events, which offer stimulation and excitement. Communication between the home and ourselves is excellent – the fact they will share information and provide pictures really means a lot. We can’t thank you enough for making mum’s time at the home the best we could have wished for.
