We have every confidence that my 101-year-old mother is looked after very well. As we live quite a long way away and are unable to visit very often, this gives much peace of mind. Mother is telling us all the time how good staff are to her and that they can’t do enough for her. They really “went to town” on her 100th and 101st birthdays. We are grateful to all for the fact that she seems to be so happy.
