I am writing to praise the staff at Silverpoint Residential Care Home. They are amazing, they go above and beyond showing love and care for the residents. I was able to enter the Home to visit my mum and was impressed with the strict procedures that are in place. Well done for allowing relatives to enter the Home but with the strict procedures, still ensuring that loved ones are still being protected. Thank you to all Silverpoint staff – you still greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome even though you have worked so hard through this very hard time, ensuring the residents are cared for so highly.
