Woodstock staff and management are always professional, courteous and caring. They have treated my mum as a surrogate family to her. Always tending her needs and making her smile. They have provided a safe, gentle, caring atmosphere, which mum has positively thrived on over the last four years. I am always quickly informed of any minor problems and needs to which I need to help decide the best course of action for her wellbeing. Mum now eats foods which, prior to her residency, she would have refused. This is the best compliment I could give the cooks and kitchen staff who help monitor mum’s needs – she often eats several portions. Activities have been challenging but met by truly dedicated, amazing staff. Management have been informative, helpful, understanding and accessible at all times.
