Woodstock staff and management are always professional, courteous and caring. They have treated my mum as a surrogate family to her. Always tending her needs and making her smile. They have provided a safe, gentle, caring atmosphere, which mum has positively thrived on over the last four years. I am always quickly informed of any minor problems and needs to which I need to help decide the best course of action for her wellbeing. Mum now eats foods which, prior to her residency, she would have refused. This is the best compliment I could give the cooks and kitchen staff who help monitor mum’s needs – she often eats several portions. Activities have been challenging but met by truly dedicated, amazing staff. Management have been informative, helpful, understanding and accessible at all times. Thank you, Woodstock, for being an amazing team.
