Thank you for the newsletter concerning the epidemic which is affecting the entire nation. It’s good to know that myself and other relatives are being kept in the loop. I am and have been assured that you have and are doing all you can to make all of your residents safe from this virus; and that you are monitoring the health and well-being also of your staff. Understandably it is hard and still is not being able to visit; but I’m not unique; it’s the same for everyone. In all care homes up and down the nation and we are all in it together. Lastly a big thank you to you; the carers and all staff who are doing a fantastic job in keeping up morale in these troubled times and looking after and making safe our loved ones.
