This week, we were excited to hold a special pampering afternoon for our gentlemen residents here at Meyer House Care Home.
Our ‘Men’s Barber Time with Beers‘ experience was wonderful! Wet shaves, foot and hand massages and barbering were on offer – and heaps of TLC!
We ensured we had a selection of newspapers, old TV comedy programmes and beer on offer too, to make the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. It was a big ‘thumbs up’ from our gents who really loved all the treats and relaxation.
We’ve also been busy making sausage rolls this week with a group of our residents. It was a big team effort, with relatives joining in with the chatter and laughter.
Well done to all our bakers – the finished sausage rolls were delicious!
