Employee of the Month – May 2018
On Wednesday 23 May, our Home Manager Caroline at The Old Downs Residential Care Home had the task of choosing an employee of the month.
Even though she found this very hard – as all our staff do a fantastic job – this month she wanted to recognise our Maintenance Operator, Peter.
Caroline commented, “Peter is sometimes overlooked as he is maintenance and I would like to recognise all the hard work he does, keeping us and the residents safe and always being there for us when we call upon him.”
Pete emotionally accepted his certificated award which was presented to him by Caroline, along with a bottle of wine and a gift. All the staff gave him a big round of applause!
Congratulations Peter – a very well deserved award.
