Last week our lovely resident Ken decided to combat the cold weather outside by getting busy with some woodwork (inside in the warm!) at Lulworth House Residential Care Home.
He constructed a wooden jet plane puzzle from a kit and then took time to paint it. It was lovely to watch him enjoying himself and he looked very relaxed and happy painting. Great work Ken!
Fun with children from Blue Sky Nursery
We were also delighted to welcome the children from our local Blue Sky Nursery. Our residents love spending time with the little ones and watching them play. The children had a great time entertaining us with lots of colourful toys and props, including some fantastic feather boas!
We are very pleased that they are going to be visiting us at Lulworth House on a fortnightly basis for a morning play session.
We can’t wait to have them back!
