My wife spent eleven months at Bromley Park Care Home. Throughout, I was always impressed with the care provided to all residents. I visited three times a week at random times and I only have positive thoughts about the care shown to every resident.

I am very happy with the care my husband is receiving from Bromley Park Care Home. The staff are very caring and helpful and see to all his needs. He seems happy and appears to have bonded with some of the staff and other residents. The food is very good, and he seems to eat all the meals, which is a good sign.

My wife has been in Bromley Park Care Home now for about eighteen months. I am very pleased with the care she is getting, she is always clean and well-presented, the staff are very helpful and do a great job, well done. They have a choir come and sing to the residents which is nice to see. Also, a garden party in the summer and a Christmas party, plus other activities for the residents. Well done to the Manager and the team.

Staff friendly. Leave you to have privacy with your loved one when needed but usually able to find a member of staff when needed. Staff engage well with residents.

Very hard to get a feel for the Home, because of Covid. Visiting in the visitor's room only. But the care my wife is getting is very good. She always looks clean and her hair is brushed. The only comment I would have, is the visiting room is very small. Overall, well done Bromley Park.

My brother-in-law has been at this Home for just a year and I am very pleased with the way he is looked after. When he arrived, he didn't walk, but now he can walk with a frame and I also think he is very happy with all that goes on in the Home.

The Home provides a very good level of care overall. The Care Assistants, Nurses and Managers are very understanding and considerate towards the residents and family members. Communication for bookings regarding visits is sometimes patchy and would benefit from an online booking system. The staff work very hard to maintain/improve residents' fitness and it would be nice if residents were taken out of the Home as restrictions are lifted, for their mental and physical well being.

As a family, we feel Bromley Park has been doing its best to keep residents safe and happy. The staff are pleasant. Our parent seems settled, considering her condition and we hope this continues. Overall, we know she is looked after. We all look forward to easier visiting, some time in the future.

Based on my experience, visits and contact with Bromley Park, staff have always been excellent and very helpful and my mother-in-law seems to be being cared for very well. But I have not been able to visit very often and can only base this on what I have seen on my one-hour limited visits. This is not the Home's fault, due to covid restrictions. Overall, very good so far.

When we visit our sister, she always looks nice. Her hair looks lovely. She is always happy, if she wasn't, she would let us know. She loves her food, looks forward to mealtimes. Tells us everyone's name. Her room is nice. The staff are very good. We are sorry we haven't been to visit for a while. Thanks for all you do for her.

Both doors of the entrance are secured with passwords. Covid tests are required before entry. Greeted with politeness and friendliness. The environment within is clean, tidy and spacious. Mother's appearance is clean. She is at ease with the staff and at times is joyful even in their presence. The temperature in the Home is never cold. We are always offered tea and biscuits etc. The staff always try to be helpful even given how demanding the environment is they work in. They have kept mum level.
