My mother-in-law is always happy and content when I go to visit her, often surrounded by other residents with a trusty cup of tea in hand. Over the years I have known her to be quite nervous and anxious, since living at Woodstock she is no longer that way at all and that's down to the carers supporting and helping her.

Everything about Woodstock Residential Care Home is fantastic. The staff, care given, entertainment, activities and food are amazing. My mum has come out of herself and really enjoys the interaction. Also, the involvement of the families is great. Everyone works together to make sure the resident is well looked after and my mum is!

Mum has been a resident since February 2023. I attended the Mother's Day afternoon tea with my mum, the food was lovely and the entertainment was extremely good. The staff engaged the residents in dancing and singing which was lovely. My mum even joined in a dance which she wouldn't normally do. It has certainly reassured me that mum is in the best place for her needs.

My mum went in in May 2022 for respite, but has been there since. I have now got a relationship with her, feeling like her daughter. The carers are amazing and they put 100% into the care of the residents. Plenty of interaction and encouragement for family, the BBQs are amazing! So glad my mum is in there. She is safe, warm, well fed and looked after.

We are extremely pleased with Woodstock Residential Care Home. The staff are lovely and the interaction with residents is second-to-none. The building is well-maintained and kept extremely clean. Nothing is ever too much trouble for their residents and visitors. Couldn't have chosen a better home for mum.

Woodstock Residential Care Home has done and is doing an excellent job of looking after my mum. I feel confident in the knowledge that she is treated with dignity and respect and that her needs are being met. The staff are very good at communicating with me, and I always feel welcomed when I visit mum. Throughout the pandemic, they have kept their doors open, and this has been vital for both me and my mum. Above all else, my mum is happy.

Woodstock Residential Care Home always feels welcoming and relaxed, the staff are always very friendly and seem happy in their job.
